Victor holds a Masters in Public Health, A Masters in Project Monitoring and Evaluation, A Post Graduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation, and a Bachelors of Statistics and Economics. He has more than 5 years of experience as a public health specialist, an M&E specialist, a development consultant and social scientist in East Africa.
He has spent his early career as a researcher and program evaluator in public health, education and human services, and then worked for several institutions including the Educate!, Aids Information Centre – Uganda, and Uganda’s Local Government to help them improve monitoring & evaluation of advocacy and policy change work.

Dr. Ronald has a PhD in Statistics. He is a Lecturer and Research fellow-Makerere University. He is a specialist in data base development, statistical computing and training. He has developed system for a number of organisations such as UNDP, Ministries among others. To Lida Africa, he offers technical leadership and expertise in all projects. His PhD research was focused on aspects of data modelling using stochastic optimization techniques.
Ronald Waiswa is the Co-founder and Director of Research and Training for Lida Africa.
Waiswa has mastered in Statistics from Makerere University and holds a Bachelor of Economics and Statistics from Kyambogo University. He has worked with many corporate organizations including the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Industry and Fisheries as a Statistician, Kyambogo University as a Junior Lecturer positioned in the Department of Economics and Statistics and Uganda Revenue Authority.
Emuron Eugen is the Co-founder and Director of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning for Lida Africa.
He holds a Postgraduate diploma in Monitoring and evaluation from Uganda Management Institute and a Bachelor of development studies from Makerere University
Eugen has over 7 years M&E experience gained through working with international organizations like Lutheran World Federation, Mildmay among others focusing on vast fields including water and sanitation, HIV/AIDS, food security, education, child sponsorship, OVCs, agro-forestry among others specifically solving their M&E challenges.
Eugen has a wider experience of the development context of various regions in Uganda having worked in various districts such as Katakwi, Sembabule, Pader Kitgum, Adjumnai, Kamwenge and Bundibigyo. At the regional level, he has worked in South Sudan mentoring and supporting M&E staff and aligning the M&E resources. For Eugen, the sky is the limit!
